Refund policy
1. Return Application Period
Customers must submit quality-related return requests via our official email within 7 calendar days after receiving goods. No return application will be accepted after 7 days.
2. Qualified Return Condition (Only for genuine factory quality defects)
Returns are available only when:
• Products have original factory defects confirmed by photos/videos;
• Goods remain intact with original package complete, no scratch, no damage caused by buyer’s improper use.
3. Non-Returnable Situation
1. Items without factory quality problems: change of mind, dislike size/style, wrong purchase by customers, logistics extrusion during international transportation, slight color difference due to screen display are not supported for return or refund.
2. Custom engraved/printed personalized stationery & gifts cannot be returned.
3. Water bottles with opened seal or used mouthpiece are non-refundable.
4. Damages from improper use, dropping or artificial destruction are not eligible for return.
4. Solution for Genuine Quality Defects
After we confirm factory quality issues with provided evidence: we support full refund or free reshipment. We bear the cost of reshipping new products from China. Return of defective goods is not required in most cases per our overseas direct shipping rule.
5. Shipping Cost Rule
• For genuine quality fault: we cover reshipment expense; no customer return shipping needed.
• All non-quality related returns are unavailable, no return freight arrangement.
• Original delivery cost is non-refundable under any circumstances once goods dispatched from China warehouse.
6. Refund Arrangement
Approved quality refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after confirmation, funds refund to original payment account. Orders canceled before shipment can get full refund within 24 hours.
