1. All items are shipped directly from China warehouse after payment confirmation.

2. Processing time: 2–5 business days for order arrangement and outbound dispatch.

3. International shipping takes 12–30 working days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

4. Import duties, customs fees and local tax shall be borne by buyers per local customs regulation.

5. We are not responsible for delivery delay caused by customs inspection, flight suspension or force majeure.

6. Tracking number will be sent to your registered email once goods leave China warehouse.
